Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States. No hidden fees at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 7 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday). This includes 1–2 business days processing time + 6–10 business days transit time.
What time do I need to place my order to have it processed the same day?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at veonus.com/apps/parcelpanel.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays can happen during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), due to incorrect address, or extreme weather. Contact us at support@veonus.com and we'll help right away.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us at support@veonus.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll resolve it immediately.
Return & Refund
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. No restocking fees.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we cover 100% of return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email when done.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. Email support@veonus.com with your order number. After 24 hours or if the order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
How do I start a return?
Email support@veonus.com with: (1) Order number, (2) Item(s) to return, (3) Reason for return, (4) Photos if damaged or incorrect.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, for defective, damaged, or incorrect items you get a 100% full refund. For change-of-mind returns, the refund is issued minus actual return shipping cost.
