Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

No restocking fees will be charged.
Return Shipping

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Veonira LLC (the operator of Veonus) will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Customer Remorse: For "change of mind" or personal preference returns, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@veonus.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@veonus.com with your order number. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
